- Have your abstract ready to paste (fewer than 200 words).
- Have a photo of your artwork if that is your submission.
- Have an ordered list of all authors of your abstract, including the advisor.
- Check the spelling of your title, abstract, and authors. Your information will be included in the program exactly as you input it.
Technology requirement for paper, project, and capstone presentations: Presenters must bring their own device. USB-C or HDMI will be available to connect to the projector. Keep the presentation file stored locally on the device in case WiFi is unreliable.
Posters: Printed posters must be no larger than 32 inches by 36 inches. Poster presenters must be present during their assigned poster session to answer questions.
Visual art and performances: Presenters are responsible for moving, setting up, and removing their own work. Check the appropriate equipment needs when submitting your abstract.
Capstone presentations: Capstone teams may bring items to show, such as prototypes or components. Presenters are responsible for setup and removal.
